Winnings obtained through fraud, collusion, or exploitation of system errors are void and will not be paid out.

6.3 Bonus Cancellation

13. Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Account Balance will be paid out to you following standard withdrawal procedures and KYC verification. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.

13.2 Closure by bpjs77

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or pose a security risk. In such cases, we may withhold any Account Balance pending investigation. If our investigation confirms wrongdoing, your balance may be forfeited.
